What is attack surface management?
Your attack surface is everything reachable from the internet that belongs to your organisation: websites, APIs, mail servers, VPN gateways, staging environments, cloud buckets and the subdomains nobody remembers creating.
Attack surface management (ASM) is the continuous process of discovering those assets, assessing their exposure and fixing the weak points before someone else finds them. Doing it manually does not scale. SecurityScanner.AI automates the whole loop.
From discovery to verified findings
- Autonomous subdomain discovery maps every host under your domains, including ones not in your DNS inventory.
- Each asset is fingerprinted and scanned using more than 11,200 ready attack templates covering known CVEs, misconfigurations and exposed services.
- Automated penetration testing validates which findings are actually exploitable, cutting false positives.
- Every finding is scored with CVE and CVSS severity and summarised in an executive report your management can read.
Built for teams without a pentest budget
A manual penetration test costs thousands and is out of date the day after delivery. Continuous ASM gives small and mid-sized businesses the same visibility on a subscription, with reports that double as evidence for ISO 27001, NIS2 and customer security questionnaires.

Frequently asked questions
Will scanning affect my production systems?
Scans are designed to be non-destructive and run at a controlled rate. You can schedule scans and exclude specific hosts from the dashboard.
How is this different from a one-off penetration test?
A pentest is a snapshot. SecurityScanner.AI runs continuously, discovers new assets as they appear and re-tests after you fix something. Use both: continuous ASM between manual engagements.
Do I need to prove I own the domain?
Yes. Attack surface scanning only runs against domains you have verified, so you can only scan what belongs to you.
