🚫 1. No-Refund Policy

At securityscanner.ai, we provide instant access to advanced security scanning tools and proprietary data. Due to the digital nature of our services, all monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused time.

IMPORTANT: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription period once the service has been activated.

🇪🇺 2. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver (Austrian FAGG Compliance)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Austrian Federal Act on Distance and Off-Premises Sales (FAGG), the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services expires as soon as the service performance begins.

BY SUBSCRIBING TO SECURITYSCANNER.AI, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • Immediate Delivery: You request the immediate delivery of the service (scanning capabilities and reports)
  • Waiver of Withdrawal Right: You waive your 14-day right to a refund (withdrawal) once you have logged into the platform or initiated your first security scan
  • Legal Compliance: This policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive and Austrian FAGG regulations for digital content

🔄 3. Subscription Cancellation

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
  • Access: You will maintain full access to the scanner until the end of your current billing period
  • Future Charges: Cancellation ensures that no further charges will be made
  • Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle
  • Cancellation Process: Go to Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription

⚖️ 4. Fair Use and Technical Failures

In the event of a documented system-wide failure on our part that prevents service for more than 48 hours, securityscanner.ai may, at its sole discretion, offer service extensions or partial credits.
  • System-Wide Outages: Only prolonged outages exceeding 48 hours may qualify for consideration
  • Service Extensions: We may extend your subscription period to compensate for downtime
  • Partial Credits: Account credits may be issued instead of refunds, at our discretion
  • Individual Issues: Technical issues specific to individual accounts do not qualify for refunds but will be resolved by support
  • Case-by-Case: All compensation requests are evaluated individually and subject to management approval
